Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

O₂ Tea Room is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
Checking around your property and with household members.
Contacting neighbors or your building management.
Contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace.
While we will gladly assist you in communicating with the carrier, O₂ Tea Room is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
