At O₂ Tea Room, every blend is prepared in small batches with care to ensure exceptional freshness, quality, and consistency. Because our teas are consumable products, all purchases are considered final sale.

Tea & Retail Products

All tea and retail product sales are final. Due to the nature of our consumable products and the limited quantities of our retail items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

This covers:

  • Books

  • Bookmarks

  • Cannisters

  • Gift boxes

  • Other merchandise you may add later

Event Tickets

All event registrations are non-refundable. To provide flexibility, we offer the following options:

Ticket Transfers

You may transfer your ticket to another guest at no additional charge.

One-Time Event Transfer

If you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled event, we may allow a one-time transfer to a future event date, subject to availability.

Because our gatherings are intentionally intimate and carefully orchestrated, we are unable to provide refunds for missed events, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
